Review summary

best part of the cruise was leaving it. the ship's crew has no idea about anything. big language barriers. guest relations couldnt be any worst. times of ports of call where dangerous to guests. shows were good. enbarkation is so unorganized. bags were all mixed on a carousel, so try to find your bags. absolutely the worst run cruiseline i have ever scene. i would never cruise it again.

specialty resturant was horrible. dont be late for dining or they wont let you in. drink packages are very expensive and confusing. buffet area was hard to find a seat. service was horrible at buffet. constantly running out of food

cruise director was the only thing keeping this vacation from a total disaster. cruise staff were very unorganized

shows were satisfactory, they had musicals, ballets, operas and other variety shows. good try for a second class cruise line

Agreed. I think that the waiting from time we left our room to our scheduled time off boat took awhile but, I relaxed blonde deck and watched the rain

I'm sure I was on this same cruise as we had two port stops that went into the evening hours and one lasting until 2am but I was never in any fear and felt it was an amazing opportunity to see these beautiful places at night and experience that part. Bag comment is just looking for something to complain about it was no different than any other cruise line or airline.

Coco5050, feel your pain. I went through worse and I spent 19 days doing the TA last november. It was so bad by day 3 while still porting in Spain that if I could've swam faster than the ship, I would've jumped overboard and paddled my way home.

I love MSC Divina! It's hard for me to believe a person can spend a whole week on such a beautiful ship and write such a review.... Seems like all you see is the negative and that makes me feel bad for you. Have you cruise before? Have you fly before? Answer gotta be NO and then the carrousel comment could start to make some sense to me....

Wow, I am sorry for your bad experience as we just got off the Divina and the staff were all wonderful and you see just how much they work everyday to make our experience great. And I guess I am confused about the time at ports as we were there during the safer times.
