Review summary

Below average food. Uncomfortable room. Crowded ship. Too many children onboard without designated area. Tricky itinerary. Unfriendly staff. Will never go on MSC again neither I can recommended to anyone.

Terrible pillows. Poor A/C. Toilet wouldn't flush at times. Balconies are good size. Bed comfort was average

Pay a little more and have a nice vacations in another cruise line

Ship was only one day in PR. Trip was sold as if there were 2 full days in PR which was extremely misleading. Very upsetting. You really have 2 full days at sea in a slow rocky ship and one full day in PR
