Review summary

Nobody is regulating the drinking machine- passengers are refilling their water bottles directly from the spout of the machines. You might as well kiss all of them because the bottles that touches their mouth was touching the machine's spouts when they refill. Unlike NCL and Carnival, the staff are constantly watching and telling passengers not to refill their bottles directly from the dispenser. Unlike the other cruise ships, the hand sanitizer is very limited to the dining and only works half the time so most passengers do not sanitize at all!

VERY DIRTY!!! THE ELEVATORS WERE FULL OF FINGER MARKS!!!

very large compared to other cruise ships' inside cabin. I like the shower a lot-big and has doors and not curtains.

I think you should remove your review and rating. If you think these are issues, that is fine. Giving a 1 rating based on the comments is crazy. And by the way, the water purification on the Divina is so effective you can fill your water bottles anywhere, including cabin bathroom.

Sounds like a complete load of bunk to give a cruise line a 1 star rating over something the passengers are doing?!?! And if someone was standing there monitoring it they would be accused of not doing anything and not caring about someone who would rather them be doing something to take care of them as in other reviews. CRAZY!!!!

If you did any research, it telld you what you can do for water. I myself buy ahead, and use great bottled water. Divina is the best ship Ive ever been on. Was just on her. A 10
