Review summary

Not a good ratio waiters to guest. The food was more often than not cool when it was served. Do not know how they got the steaks cut so thin except for two nights. Service was slow. Our assistant waiter Imam worked hard and tried to give us good service but no one else seemed to care. The buffet was not what we were use to with the fruit not ripe and one morning i needed a knife to cut my fried eggs which were cold. the tea lemonade and juices seemed watered down!

The shows were GREAT. The ship was very nice.

Not our experience at all. We are on our 3rd cruise with Divina. We liked all of the support staff we encountered. It is challenging to feed up to 4000 each evening, but they do a great job, overall.

The MSC Poesia was a much better experience than the Divina. We went on in April and it completely turned us off of MSC. Just because it's bigger doesn't always mean it's better.

If that is our experience in August, we WILL insist that the Purser reduce the amount of our "gratuities" at the end of the voyage.
