Review summary

I LOVE the "DIVINA"!

Me and my family have cruised to Brazil and in the Caribbean in this great ship!  We loved the crew - attentive and responsive ALL THE TIME.  The cabins with balconies are very big and comfortable, specially those in the back of the ship.  We never got water coming from the infinite swimming pool above, never!

The food on board IS EXCELLENT, and the specialty restaurants, especially the Pizza place on the 6th floor, is AMAZING!  The BEST PIZZA ever!

Having cruised on the DIVINA twice, we booked a trip to the Mediterranean this past summer in the PREZIOSA and it was AMAZING as well.

MSC has done a fantastic job with these 2 ships, the largest ships in their fleet, and we will cruise with them AGAIN and AGAIN.  The "european" culture in the ship is way above the American cruise lines experience; this european cruising culture and service is way above other cruise lines...... comparable to Celebrity and just below Cunard, but excellent overall.

Ship tip

Don't miss the Theater entertainment every night! It's Broadway on board. I live in New York City and the shows are in par with Broadway shows, no kidding! Don't miss having some pizza at the Pizza Place on the 6th Floor, the BEST PIZZA ever!

We are cruising in the MSC for the first time on the Divina for two weeks. We have been cruising for many years with other cruise lines. We are concerned because of the negative feedback we have been reading. But here we go...we'll be sailing in April 23, 2016 from Miami.

I have sailed on thr Poesia and the Divina and had a fantastic time on both.  I was happy to read your very positive review since I felt the same way.  The MSC ships are beautiful.  The Italian food was delicious and the pizza was excellent.  The staff was quite visible and friendly including the senior officers.  Every night we had marvelous variety shows with beautiful costumes and talented performers.  The shore excursions were wonderful and service was terrific.  Best of all, prices were lower than most other lines.

Thank you for posting your review. We have considered MSC but have not taken the plunge as yet.  With all the glowing reviews I've seen recently, I think there is an MSC experience in our cruising future.
