Cabin nice ship new and nice
Crew doesn't know where things are on the ship
Speaks very little English
Everything on ship upgrade all the time
🍊 juice cost extra unless you want
water down juice
They only give you one tube of shampoo, body lotion, and cond per cruise per cabin
Diners small portions and quality fair
So far shows so so
Still have a long long way to catch up to The Royal Caribbean or princess line
Would rate this with the carnival Cruise line
If you know other cruiselines, don´t expect much from MSC. If ship is old one, keep away....
1. Choose the Bella experience then add other amenities like the drink package and others as needed.
2. Try at least a specialty restaurant... preferably sushi.
3. Get a drinks package.
Go the the Atelier Bistro to take a drink
Eat a meal at the Butcher's Cut - it is delicious!
Do not miss the main gallery ceiling show
Beautiful Ship and Ports of Call. Unfortunately, the food and lack of options for entertainment and onboard activities were dismal. Lastly, MSC should consider an all-inclusive offer for some travelers.
They make you pay for everything
Don't worry about anything
Don't get your laundry done it is way to expensive.
Not happy that you need to pay for your water at dinner,
Buy drinks package as drinks are expensive
We didn’t really like eating at the buffet because it was really busy there. Too crowded.
Don't get the Duplex suite if you have friend in Yacht club class. Very much distinction between the two. I always had better suite serve on EVERY other cruise.
Purchase any extras in advance. They will constantly try to get you to buy photos, wines bottles, excursions, drink packages while on board.
Don’t expect to feel welcome.
This is a beautiful ship that ticks all the boxes. I think MSC need to learn a little from Royal Caribbean who are the top of their game.
Dont let europeans push you around
