I was concerned over MSC as some ratings were low; however, other than the misunderstanding on the drink package covering all drinks as in my other cruises, it was an amazing cruise with exceptional staff. If I were to offer any advice to MSC, I would say have (1) one level of drink package: it's either all inclusive or not. Why have an "easy" package (which wasn't cheap) that won't even include the drink special of the day? That really felt like a rip-off personally and financially.

Food was great in buffet and La Pergula. Drink set-up not so much-- MSC has a tiered drink package and the lowest package didn't even include the daily drink special. Seriously?? That level is worthless. MSC needs ONE LEVEL-- EITHER YOU HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE OR YOU DON'T. PERIOD.
Onboard Activities

If someone is bored on the ship, that person would be bored anywhere. There were plenty of activities for everyone and the pool, which was a salt-water pool (floating!), was never crowded.
Entertainment

Entertainment was geared toward all nationalities on board so there was something for everyone.
Children's Programs
no kids! I will say that it was wonderful to see the parents on this cruise actually PARENT their children. I've been on vacations where parents just let their kids run around without supervision, so hats off to all the great parents on that cruise.

Jinyess, the bartender, was amazing and funny. Marce in La Pergula was excellent. Eddie and "Michael Jackson" always had a great smile and service for us. Our cabin steward (9106) kept our room in perfect condition.

The ship may not be the newest ship, but she was always clean and well maintained. I would recommend Armonia to anyone; the smaller size made the trip more intimate.
