Really enjoyed this cruise and thought the ship and staff were brilliant. The cruise itinerary was good but would had benefited from one more sea day to make it perfect. You see some average reviews for the MSC Armonia but I think they are unjustified. The ship doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a mega cruise ship but I think it's better for it. There is still enough onboard to keep all cruisers entertained whether single, couples, families or friends. At the right price and with the right itinerary I would certainly cruise with MSC and the MSC Armonia again.

No complaints about the food in the main dining room, great service, reasonable choice and well presented. The buffet tended to be rather busy but again a reasonable choice and nicely presented. Always found a table but often had to share which we don't mind.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed use of the gym and thermal area. Pool deck quite pleasant with good sun loungers always available.
Entertainment

Entertainment staff lead by Rafforelle were excellent for games and fun activities. The Cruise Staff show was excellent and hilarious. The stage shows were good, professional in quality and entertaining. I liked Mark the acoustic guitar playing singer in the English Bar.
Service and Staff

First class service couldn't ask for better. Our dining room waiter Widana deserves a mention for being polite, efficient and having a nice personality he was supported admirably by Rowell. Used the English Bar mainly and the staff were brilliant particularly enjoyed first class service from Katherine. Our Cabin Attendant Sudra did a first class job.

You wouldn't believe the ship was 19 years old it was like new. Perfectly clean and well maintained. A credit to the Captain downwards all hotel staff the Bosun and Deck Crew and Technical Department.
Cabin / Stateroom

Brilliant cabin starboard forward overlooking the focs'le head. Comfortable with good floor space masses of stowage and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom small but adequate and immaculately clean. Only down side is having to close the curtains at night so as not to effect the night vision of the Bridge Watchkeeping Team above which is understandable. The notice on the window informing you of this fact could be tidied-up.

Enjoy your cruise try to learn the name of the staff who serve you and smile and you will have a fantastic time.
Convenient for flights, good choice of accommodation and good cruise terminal. Did a tour arranged ourselves called Little Havana Rituals given by a guide called Youle and it was excellent. Took the full day bus tour to Key West which we enjoyed.
The icing on the cake and had a fantastic time. Took the ship arranged sight seeing tour on the first day which was alright and gave us our bearings. Attended the Tropicana Show in the evening and it was very entertaining and reasonable value. The ship arranged Vintage Car Tour the next day was also brilliant, we were extremely lucky to have an excellent guide and driver.
