Review summary

For many American cruisers this ship will disappoint, they don’t pay attention to details, from drinking water, to food, to entertainment, not even comedy shows. The announcements in 5 languages, I am geeeez

5 out of 5
Best part was embarking, straight forward. We didn’t stand in line anywhere. Our embarkation time was 4:20 we arrived at 2:20 and were on the ship by 2:40

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was hit and a miss, 2 nights were good the rest was bad.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Few games and trivia, didn’t catch my attention at all

2 out of 5
There isn’t much to talk about when it comes to activities, just one show at night, besides that some live Cuban music which was good, besides that the others not worth mentioning.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
3 stars because the house keeping was outstanding, the rest of the services were terrible, literally no friendliness at all, you ask one question they answer nicely, you ask a second question their facial expression changes, you ask a 3rd question they don’t even talk back to you, they just hand you a prochure with an eye roll to go with it.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Old and dated. The only thing going for this one is Cuba destination.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Clean but tiny. Crowded. Bathroom shower is horrible, you shower the curtain with you, just thinking about how it rubs around your body is disgusting.

Ship tip

Just don’t sail on Armonia, pay extra to enjoy it. Not worth it for me. Never again.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
Very nice, big and well designed.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

2 out of 5
Just horrible

George Town, Grand Cayman

4 out of 5
4 stars for the island, the port is small, needs improvement

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
There were 10 other ships, quite crowded, needs more improvements. Cause it took us long time to get out of the ship

3 out of 5
Very small luckily we were the only ship.

5 out of 5
The only 5 stars for this ship is embarking and disembarking, it might be due to Miami port.
