Wish there was more to do on days we couldn't get off boat and wish we didnt get kicked off so early the last day

I was very nervous about taking a cruise and I should not have worried. Smooth sailing (a little rougher the second night but not bad). The staff on the Mariner of the Seas were exceptional. Many activities; food venues; bars, etc. Had an amazing time. One piece of advice: if you are to go into Nassau, have an excursion planned with transportation from the pier.

We had a wonderful time! My entire extended family joined us on this cruise and it was the perfect reunion location. I would definitely recommend this cruise!

The shit was very clean, the workers always so pleasant, the food too was actually very good to my surprise, the only think I didn’t like, was of course the alcohol was not. It included lol.. wishful thinking right ?! Lol

So much to do, so little time. The service was great, drinks were cold. I enjoyed the variety at the buffet. Everywhere we went the ship was clean. Would definitely go back and do some things I didn't get to do.

Decent cruise especially given hurricane season discounts. It is well known that at the end of each cruise gratuities are added to each account. I have no issue with this practice. However, my interpretation of one account is one CC on file to be billed for on-board charges, thus one account. Royal Caribbean does not agree! I authorized my wife to also be a signer on the ship's account, which by RC this constitutes two accounts and consequently I was charged 2X the gratuities, plus all that I tipped during the cruise! I complained to customer service and was basically told to pound sand. Beware of this business practice! I am angry about this, but being a seasoned cruise taker know that complaining to the cruise lines about anything, (not that I am a chronic complainer- i am not!) especially after the trip, is a complete waste of time, so take heed from my words here and dont let them do this to you.

There were several issues with this boat Brown water a fried hair dryer issue the room attendant had very bad body odor there was not enough room to sit in the Windjammer the chairs were extremely heavy in the Windjammer our stateroom had stains all over the sofa and the beds were very old the only thing that we can say good about this was a table for 15 in the main dining room was absolutely wonderful staff we probably will not go on Royal Caribbean for a long time to come

The ship was large and confusing, customer service was very poor, people were rude, half the elevators were broken and the working ones were constantly packed, we ended up taking the stairs almost every time. Food was HORRIBLE. Room service was even worse! Their in room entertainment was awful and advertised completely wrong. The room smelled musty and gross and the entire experience on the ship was not worth the money, at all. The Bahamas were gorgeous, but as soon as my husband and I returned to the ship we were miserable. We attempted to call and make a complaint. I wrote three separate emails and no one ever responded. I will never take a RC Cruise again, Carnival is a bit cheaper and WAY better in every way. Such a disappointment as this was our wedding anniversary.

We went for 15th Birthday Party for my Daughter. Two adjoining cabins. Lots of room. Staff is great! We went on snorkeling trip out of Nassau in Bahamas out early and returned to ship early to use activities aboard.

Staff Was Nice, The Food Was Much Better In The Dining Room! Room Service Food Taste Better Than The Food In The Windjammer! The Ship Was Very Clean and Maintained.

Room was really old. Stains on carpet and curtains. Felt like a old motel 6.

One of the best cruises ever. The Mariner experience was wonderful.

The best weekend cruise ever! There were so many activities and simply not enough time to do them all.

THIS IS JUST a great ship for a 3 day cruise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great and the trip was as well. I had a very good time and cant wait to do it again.

The druise2as always was very family friendly and very relaxing.

The room Stewart was fantastic his name is mark, the two waiters Avelino and sevag were fabulous as well!

Beautiful ship, great accommodations and loved Atlantis and CoCo Cay. Sub-par service and organization from cruise staff. Left later than scheduled, lost 2 hours of time in Nassau, had to reschedule excursions in Nassau, double charged for spa visit, did not receive on-board statement at cruise end.
