To be fair, I believe if I we did not experience so much rocking on the boat on the way to Mexico that my trip would have been a five star experience.

Dining rooms food was ok, everything was fresh and hot but lack consistent seasoning/flavor. However, service from table 419 (Sylvester and Ariani) in dinning room 4 was absolutely exceptional. They both made it a fine dinning experience with playing, service, timeliness from order to service. Thier attention to detail amongst other servers was unmatched. Their service was what made the dining experience throughout the cruise enjoyable. In main area, Elton in zone 10 was so friendly, kind and accommodating.

Enjoy all of the activities and variety of events that was accommodating for all parties.
Entertainment

Host and DJ’s, were enthusiastic and the crowd friendly. All the host that I saw were great. Best event was the marriage game show.
Children's Programs

A lot of events for the children. My children enjoyed being at the pool and food more than anything else but the clubs were good to have.
Service and Staff

Out attendant Miguel was outstanding. Always a phone call away with all the answers and proving exceptional service. Hands down table host 419, Sylvester and Ariani (Ni), were undoubtedly the best servers and host my family and I came across. Service was so great that I would go on another Mariner of the Sea’s cruise that I would by name request them for dining services for all my cruises.

Cleanliness was outstanding. Ship design was easy to navigate for my entire family of all ages. My teens had an easy time moving throughout the ship without getting to lost or confused
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. Out attendant Miquel, was great and very helpful to my family.
Excursion was uneventful. Cannot remember the tour but it was not good. We did a tour, tequila testing, beach. Tour was aweful, waste of money. Tour guide was good, only highlight
