Review summary

This was our first cruise and we didn't know exactly what to expect. What this cruise did though was exceed our expectations in every way!! If you're thinking about doing it, DO IT!!!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy to get through if traveling on passport.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The main dining room was exceptional in both food quality and service. The menu had a large enough selection to accommodate everyone's taste. The buffet had great variety and was also fabulous.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The pools were not as crowded as we expected, the slides were also fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ice shows were exceptional...we went twice!!!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was second to none...probably the best service that we've had (in every aspect) anywhere other than first-class on an airline.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was immaculate and always clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great size, stayed cool, good few, handicap accessible.

Ship tip

Bring lots of small bills for tipping.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

4 out of 5
Very long walk to get from the boat on the pier, but the Mayan ruins excursion was our favorite part of the trip. We used a third party named Toucan tours for this part and it was very good.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Easy to get off the pier, lots to do, very "Americanized" though.

Disembarkation
