Review summary

Definitely returning for a repeat Royal Caribbean cruise.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy and pleasant. Stress free.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Abundance of food choices.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Fitness Center was well equipped. Plenty of kids activities. Belly flop contest shown on big screen simultaneously was great. Should have shown the sexiest man contest on big screen. Unfortunately, most of the sunbathers and observers were unable to see. Plenty of laughs tho.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Performances were excellent.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Plenty of choices.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The cruise director, Mark, was EXCELLENT. The best I’ve ever experienced. Definitely a natural at his job. Genevieve in windjammer for lunch was extremely pleasant. Always smiling and helpful. Our room Stewart Collin, was very pleasant.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean with beautiful lighting. Elevators were extremely slow and frustrating.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was excellent. Collin, our room Stewart, should be commended on a job well done.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

No excursion. Walked around to take pictures. Extremely crowded and pressured to enter shops. Would not go on shore again.

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
Port was one of three for cruise ships. It was a different port than we had previously experienced and were excited to return to. Disappointing. However, many shops and eating/drinking establishments to choose from. Trolley excursion was disappointing. Was hoping to see more of the homes and condos along beach drive. Saw many back streets with old buildings. Next time we would skip trolley excursion and walk.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarkation was well organized and very easy and stress free.
