Review summary
Room steward was excellent. But we were cold in the room we called maintenance twice because we had moved the temperature all the way up to try to heat the room and it didnt work. MAINTENANCE did come but it was never fixed nor did they tell us anything so we just didn't even bother for a third time calling again we just opened up our balcony door and let the hot air come in to get the room a little warm but cl basically we froze the whole time not a good experience.Embarkation
