First cruise since 2019, so happy to be back! Could tell that sanitation is a priority. Inflation has definitely affected the experience with higher prices. The required app you use onboard needs much improvement (connectivity issues, sporadic messaging issues and slow to update the planner). But we were glad to cruise again. Enjoyed this sail with friends who were first-timers. They loved it! Looking forward to our next one.

First time sailing from Port Canaveral. Used Port Parking Space which saved some money and went smoothly. Embarkation at port was also efficient, partly because we selected an early arrival time. Lines not long and moved well.

Windjammer buffet had good selection. Handwashing sinks at entrance. Beverages served by crew. Main dining room food pretty good, service was excellent. Hubby loved Playmakers' wings. Nice sandwiches and pizza at Cafe Promenade (and good cookies!) Fun tasty lunch at Izumi hibachi.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the crew-led dancing on pool deck, wish it were better attended. Husband enjoyed the whiskey tasting seminar in the Bamboo Room.
Entertainment

Gallery of Dreams in Royal Theater was just ok, have seen better. Juggler was good as was comedian. Ice show at Studio B was probably the best. Wish the live pool band played more often.
Service and Staff

Everyone friendly and helpful. Don our cabin steward always kept everything in order and always had a smile. "Happiness" at the Windjammer entrance encouraging all to wash up lol. Guest services very helpful when we had issues with an excursion after our itinerary was changed. Easy booking our next cruise at Next Cruise onboard.

Had a harder time learning our way around this ship but it was manageable. Everything was well maintained that we could see.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was fine, didn't feel cramped. Adequate storage space for everything. Shower was an issue. Cold water knob didn't produce cold water at all, and had sporadic issues producing a consistent temperature. Took a couple showers with less than warm water. Glass doors are a plus. Shower space very narrow, not sure how a plus-size passenger could manage this.
Ship tip
Bring an outlet/usb plug-in unit to supplement your power needs. Pack a rechargeable night light for bathroom.
We had booked a snorkeling excursion, but due to weather our port call was changed to a different day that forced cancellation and refund. We still enjoyed our beach time there. Complimentary buffet was very good except for the flimsy corn tortillas for tacos. Adult beverages were 'light'. Don't underestimate the intensity of the sun-use that sunscreen!
Been multiple times here, always felt safe. Booked a snorkeling excursion privately that we enjoyed. The portions for the included lunch were definitely smaller, and drink not as strong as in the past. People are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our day.
