Overall great cruise. Staff was great, food not so much. CocoCay exceeded my expectations, RC did a great job putting this together. Would cruise to this destination again. Wash your hands often and try and social distance because I caught Covid on the cruise. Luckily I didn’t get symptoms until arriving at home so it didn’t ruin my trip!

The food had no flavor - only “good” thing I had on ship was the free pizza at the cafe. Tried a variety of main dining room courses for breakfast lunch and dinner and was very disappointed in the quality of cooking. The food at the buffet on CocoCay was seasoned very well and was the best flavored meal I had all week. Windjammer food was hit or miss, but I know you get what you get quality wise with the buffet.
Onboard Activities

Not a huge selection of activities, found ourselves wondering what to do most of the sea days. Carnival activities were better planned.
Entertainment

Main shows were a good way to pass time since there is nothing on the television in the rooms, ice show was very good and they are very talented. The cruise director did a great job trying to hype everything up and make it as fun as possible.

Ship Quality

Ship was kept clean and was easy to navigate. However, even though everyone had to “washy washy” I still ended up with Covid two days after getting home.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean and well maintained and fairly quiet, you heard some ship noise and knocking but no noise from other people or activities onboard. Did not feel a whole lot of movement from the ship/waves. Bed was hard as a rock and found it hard to get comfortable most nights.
Ship tip
Wear a mask in the elevators (caught Covid), bring a good book for sea days, lower your expectations for quality of food, and don’t order the seafood Alfredo because it tastes like dirty shrimp water.
Did not pay for an excursion or book any VIP anything and don’t regret it! Had a great day enjoying the free amenities. Very well maintained beach, and the coco loco drink (including the virgin one) is fantastic!
