Review summary

This is a real vacation experience for us. RCI did everything they could to make it a real vacation. Staff, service, events, planning everything was great. Some issues with food but not a big deal.

Elevator was not working and we were not allowed to use the escalator. It was tough for my 74 year old mom to walk up the ramp. Basically no ADA option and you are on your own with no recourse.
