Prior guest must have owned pets, as my son and i had severe reaction as soon as we arrived. Spent most of this trip groggy because had to take so many meds to combat reaction. Asked for room exchange. Even if it cost extra, was told it was not possible, yet watched others get rooms adjusted without issue.
Ship tip
Don't depend on getting the credits, refunds, or adjustments you are told you will get. I was told I would be getting prepaid visas for 3 rooms we had, as well as port fees and taxes on ticket that was not used. Didn't receive any of it.
Directions on msg board say to remain in rooms until called, not lobby, we had 930 departure, my son was being seen at clinic as he was sick. Other children in room were getting hassled to vacate room told they should have been out at 8, and we should wait at lounges
