Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Two small pools were not sufficient for number of people on board, water slides were closed part of the time we were on, and other 'complimentary' activities seemed to always be more sales promotions for paid activities

Entertainment

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
The room for my children's age was closed meaning they only had the option of being with the younger group. This meant activities that were below their skill level, interest, and having to try and find other options to entertain themselves. First time we have ever cruised that I have dealt with 'I'm bored's

Service and Staff

Helen in dining room is awesome! Served our large group wonderfully!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
There were a cracks forming in our sink because of age, carpet deteriorating in elevators, worn upholstery on couches and chairs in our staterooms, had to ask for our room to be recleaned when we arrived,

Cabin / Stateroom

Prior guest must have owned pets, as my son and i had severe reaction as soon as we arrived. Spent most of this trip groggy because had to take so many meds to combat reaction. Asked for room exchange. Even if it cost extra, was told it was not possible, yet watched others get rooms adjusted without issue.

Ship tip

Don't depend on getting the credits, refunds, or adjustments you are told you will get. I was told I would be getting prepaid visas for 3 rooms we had, as well as port fees and taxes on ticket that was not used. Didn't receive any of it.

Disembarkation

Directions on msg board say to remain in rooms until called, not lobby, we had 930 departure, my son was being seen at clinic as he was sick. Other children in room were getting hassled to vacate room told they should have been out at 8, and we should wait at lounges
