People saved chairs by the dozens, nothing done, arguing! Ugh!

I can say nothing good about it except facial recognition at Customs was awesome! You don’t have to show passport. I am extremely upset about the disembarkation. We all had times and places to disembark. We were number 4. We went down and there were hundreds of people cramming to go out the door. No announcements, NO ORDER, pushing, shoving, yelling. The crew had no control. I actually had a panic attack. I have been on MANY cruises and never saw anything like it. My tag was bright yellow 4. Everyone around me had no tag or 16,33,26 etc. it was a nightmare. Could not have been legal. There were older people being shoved and families emergency doors closed between families. older people
