Review summary

We had a very good and relaxing cruise. Everything on ship was as expected. Excursion experiences were very substandard and might keep us from doing another Royal Caribbean cruise in the future.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was remarkably easy and smooth. Very well organized.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Nothing spectacular, but really good food and great service.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Just relaxed and found good spots to read and enjoy the weather.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Comedian was good.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great staff and service.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Being an older ship and smaller class, it had it’s charms and showed it’s age in a few spots. Nothing major … and we also are drawn to warmer/darker colors and wood finishes and less glitter and gold.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

If you want a relaxing spot indoors with a great view … Deck 14 lounge.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
Impressive facility.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Great upgrades to the island since we last visited. Food was not up to par, however.

Cozumel, Mexico

1 out of 5
Dirty and shore excursion was horrible.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Easy. Instructions were given, but no one followed them correctly.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear this cruise wasn't as enjoyable as it might have been.

Consider the fact that in this Covid apocalyptic world, nothing has been what it was before you criticize anything. You chose to travel during a pandemic, it is what it is. I just got off Oasis, the food wasn’t up to usual standards, I think every aspect of suppliers are having issues.

Thanks for the review. Your almost always better to book independent excursions rather than through the ship. There are lots of great options in Cozumel - snorkeling, catamaran sails, dolphin swims, Mayan Ruins tours, nice beach clubs, etc.
