Review summary

We had a good time. Ports were great. They were very welcoming on Cozumel and so nice. Our trip would have been perfect if we got the same service my mom did from her steward and room. She traveled with us.

Our room steward Mark was not that great. He didn't clean our room at all. Some days he would make the bed other days he wouldn't. He cleaned our bathroom once. When I complained to him he made the bed and made a towel "animal" that looked like a female part and we were very upset. My husband had planned something for me for my birthday and discussed with head waiter and waiter. Nothing was done. My husband was furious.
