Review summary

I really enjoyed this cruise the ship was great lots to do. The ship was all decorated for Christmas beautiful staff attentive venues clean and inviting. Food was good and plentiful. Wonderful seating areas inside and outside to relax and enjoy. I will sail this ship again I did miss a few things on this short cruise.

Wow service excellent!!! French Onion soup was not on the menu. I love this soup with steak and the server did not hesitate he made sure we got it with our meal very above and beyond.!!! The reason for 4 stars is flavor of steak lacking and I feel that is hard to do with prime ribeye. Just salt and pepper, unfortunately I did not detect either.

Had a great time by main pool, enjoyed the night club Ellingtons this space is really nice anytime of day. The pub on the ship had really great beer and service was awesome in that location!!!

Room attendant was soo attentive to our needs, Artur took great care of us from extra pillows to even providing a fan for us. And an amazing service desk they found my headset that I lost when coming back from an excursion.

Very clean a little dated but staff really did a great job of keeping the public and private areas very clean.Four stars due to some issues on balcony furniture.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room 9390 room was clean and tidy. This room is on very back of ship I would not recommend a lot of movement and ship noise. It felt like the engine was very close Lots of vibrations and first night it felt and sounded like the engine was really struggling. With all that said the wake view was fabulous. The balcony is small very back corner room.

Ship tip

Do not select room 9390. The ship is really pretty and service is top notch get on and enjoy!!

Cozumel, Mexico

New to this port location in cozumel. Nice clean lots and lots of shopping. I even found 1.50 Corona in a little shop.!!! The excursion was a lot of fun we did the Mixology class and it was top notch this I will do Again!!!
