Just curious as to what it was about the food that was disappointing - quality, selection, portion sizes, etc.

Glad you enjoyed it. I see many complaints about the food and portion sizes. You can always order more, however, the portion sizes are actually what is recommended. The issue is most Americans, me included, have become used to being served and eating portions that are 2-3 times the recommended amounts.
