I know on the next trip we will not fly into Orlando....absolutely horrible experiences at that airport. Very uncomfortable; TSA personnel were awful.

The main dining room was beautiful, specialty restaurants and buffets were delicious and plenteous. Anything special that was asked for was delivered with a smile.

We swam in the pools and sat on deck enjoying the sunshine, ocean views and warmth. The water was cold but it is November.

The ice show was wonderful, Disco night was fun, DJ's were good, some of the performers were really loud kind of unneccesarily, the variety show was great.

Cabin / Stateroom

The size of the cabin was very surprising to me, I truly expected a much smaller cabin! The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was absolutely wonderful even though the cabin next door smoked all week and it came over onto our balcony. We did tell our cabin crew and it stopped the first night but started back up again. The cabin was very sound proof and very comfortable. Plenty of room for my sister and I.
Ship tip
Take multiple pair of walking shoes and more than one outfit per day. Get a map of the ship/use the maps of the ship that are available.
Except for all of the taxi drivers, straw market vendors and others being right in your face all of the time it was wonderful. Great food, good shops. Balmoral Island was beautiful.
What happened at the airport? None of them are fun, but we’ve never had an issue at Orlando. There aren’t many other airport options if cruising from Port Canaveral unless you are lucky enough to live near an airport with flights to Sanford, Melbourne or possibly Daytona Beach.
