Review summary

I had missed charges on my account several different times. Made 6 trips to the customer service desk. Not pleased with there promise to correct the charge and never do it.

Service was slow. Not personal at all. One night we had a guy from Johnny Rockets as our server because they were so busy.

Never saw our room Stewart but he did what ever we asked through notes left on the desk.

Room in the back of the ship, lower level. Easy access to dining and theaters.

What were the missed charges? Were you wanting them to charge you for something they missed charging you for? Most complaints are for something people were charged for that they think they should not have been. Kudos for being honest. Most people wouldn’t say anything.
