Excellent crew and outstanding service. We’d cruised Mariner several times when she was new. Not a huge fan of the changes in the ship. Too geared for families. The canned loud music is annoying. Why is it a good idea to have young kids singing Let It Go to a karaoke machine in the Pub? Missed Vintages and the Champagne Bar. Jaimie’s is excellent! Cocoa Cay is amazing. Mariner needs to add 7 day trips. All in all a good experience except for Chops.

Chops is way overrated. Noisy and lacks any atmosphere. Salmon was dreadful. Jaimie’s was amazing. MDR was on par with other Royal ships. Mojito in Bamboo Room was 90% ice, very little rum. Cocoa Cay buffet was hassle free and there’s soft serve ice cream

They removed both the Champagne Bar and Vintages when they amped the ship. Why not leave one? Otherwise it’s stunning.

Clean, great storage space, better than Oasis class. They removed the coffee tables so it’s easier to move around.

Watch for the piano player who shows up at random times in an elevator and plays
They did this right plenty of chairs with free umbrellas and little tables. The buffet had no long lines because of how they arranged the service lines. The entertainer at the large bar was spot on. We enjoyed our day without paying for the water park, which looked amazing
