Review summary

Will not use royal carribean again if they do not change the way they handle things or have their staff trained to better communicate with their guests. Other guests on pool deck playing loud vulgar music around small children and nothing was said to them.

Staff VERY RUDE. Pushed my son. We had a mix up on my grandsons passport and staff pushed my son took my daughter in law and grandson. My 2 year old grandson was jerked from my daughter in law and they were treated like criminals. We were not notified before hand of the mix up with his passport.

Yea. Expected on short cruises.

Never taken but one 5 day but all the 7-8-14 days on Carnival have never encountered a private blue tooth speaker or heard one in a cabin. Lucky!

The 3-4 day cruises are almost always the “party” cruises with lots of drinkers. Take a 7 day or longer cruise during the off-season when most children and college kids are in school and there should be less of an issue.

Short cruises in the UK and Australia are known as booze cruises and really do attract the riff raff who have no idea how to behave or be considerate to others. However the Staff also seem to need a few lessons with their behaviour on debarkation.

It seems like anytime you go on a 4 day cruise especially to the Bahamas it doesn't matter what cruise line you travel on there is always a bunch of rowdies. That being said there's no excuse for the way you were treated. The Bluetooth speakers that people bring onboard should not be allowed in common areas unless played very low.
