Review summary

This was our first cruise and overall a great experience. Had a lot of fun and great memories made.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The embarkation was smooth and went well. However being a first time cruiser we were a bit lost once on the ship. We had no idea or where to go. Once we found a staff person to help us we were fine. .

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was excellent and a wide variety provided

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The pool and hot tubs were nice. Weren’t able to take much advantage of because they were always full. So didn’t really get to experience.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The music and shows were great. I really enjoyed the comedians. They made my night.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everybody on the ship was awesome. They were nice and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean. I was impressed with how well cared for it was.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was great. It offered more than enough room and was very comfortable.

Ship tip

My only recommendation would be to offer some more calm activities for your more introverted guests. Like a board or card game room. Painting class.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
We did the Miami hop on hop off and it was a great way to see and learn the city.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

4 out of 5
It wasn’t the most ideal day so we were on the island for a short time. We did start our jet ski excursion which was a lot of fun. We got pulled off because the weather was less than ideal. Which was totally understandable. Our short outing was a lot fun and wish the weather would have been more cooperative so we could have had the full experience. Once our excursion was cancelled we went back to the ship and enjoyed the day there. Actually we had a surprisingly good time on the ship and didn’t feel we overly missed out on the island experience.

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
This port was nice but the local sales people were overly aggressive in their sales approach. We did a dolphin swim excursion which was great. We really enjoyed.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
The disembarkment was fairly smooth until we were off the ship. Once off the ship we had a challenging time with transportation. It was confusing where we’re to go. Once we figured it out we had a hard time getting an Uber. We had three cancel on us and we stood for 90 minutes trying to find arrangements. We eventually lucked out and a random driver in a bus offered to help us.
