Overall, it was one of my favorite cruises. Love the ship, the room, the staff, the service and the food. A very relaxing time, which was what we needed.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The embarkation process was quick and easy. There were no long lines and counters to take your Sea Pass information to. Someone scanned my Sea Pass and pointed the way to the ship! Nice!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We actually ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Windjammer the entire cruise. No complaints whatsoever, the food was great and always a variety.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I would say that all the activities were great because I've done most of them before. I'm injured right now so I couldn't join in all of the activities but I certainly enjoyed watching.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
As usual the musicians were awesome!! The stage shows musicians are great players. I found the shows to be okay. When you don't know the majority of the songs being sung, and they're not really catchy, then you tend to give the show a 7 out of 10. But the ice show was great.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service and staff were great!! Honestly! So refreshing. My cabin steward, Nyoman, was just one of the friendliest ever!! Waiters in the Windjammer were great as well, wonderful service.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I was really impressed with the ship, knowing it's not a new ship and has been refurbished. I loved it. My favorite feature was the installation of the sinks at the entrance of the Windjammer. Washy washy... I am absolutely disgusted by hand sanitizer. I am a soap and water woman. So I was so happy on that ship. It was a very good layout. Very Royal Caribbean. No complaints whatsoever.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were in a Junior Suite on the 10th Deck. Very clean and spacious. Wasn't expecting the big tub. That was an awesome surprise. Nice size balcony as well. Loved the room.
We did an excursion in Nassau. Been there countless times but decided to do Royal's Charm and Beauty of Nassau tour to Atlantis and around other stops and see how the natives live. It was excellent! Our tour guide Carven was simply unexpectedly amazing. He was very knowledgeable and genuine, he was the real deal. A day and $54 well spent!
What can I say about Coco Cay...I was very surprised at the construction going on. I wasn't expecting to see it so clearly. You know, at this stage, it's what you make it. Just go and have fun, it is what it is until it's complete. It's plain to see that it's going to be a fabulous island when it's complete. I don't see it being complete in May, but I do return on the Symphony in July so I look forward to seeing the progress. Somehow I missed this pool people are talking about. I won't miss it in July.
