We stayed at room 8385 and got to be served by Jennifer and Freddy at the dinning room at the 3rd level, when coming back to make the next day reservation, the man at the front desk, already knew our name and had our perfect timing reservation for the next day and so on. We went 3 days there for dinner because we felt served in a perfect environment. At he entrance later we discovered that the reservation man at the entrance is from Dominican Republic and even had one of our all times favorite spanish songs. That was amazing trip, I am already planning to go back and hopefully get the same crew of friends. Thumbs up for you all but above all, Jennifer and Freddy and our Dominican friend at the front desk of 3rd level dinning room. Loved it!! Bahama Mama drinks, always good no matter if it was at the pool or at the 14th or 3rd floor. Always good

The system you have, you take a picture anywhere or order a drink it is all organized. Say your room number and that is it. Very good.

I spoke to the some of the crew. Because I used to own restaurants and saw in you how clean the ship is. I was told that the ship gets rated and should pass with a certain percentage. If I was to rate you. You would get 100% from me.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cleaned every day. We went out for a couple hours and it was not even duty. We got back and there it was clean and so organized. Clean towels. Perfect. I was talking spanish to my girlfriend. The crew that cleans. Speak spanish and the man is from my country "Honduras" the girl is From "Brasil" we were then talking to them in spanish.
Ship tip
Keep up in what you are doing. It is just perdect. If I was to suggest something it would be to the people off board in Nassau. We went to the free beach. We felt unsecured. They were selling us things that we did not want or need. We said NO. But they kept on and on. We had to buy in order to left alone. That has nothing to do with the ship. We for the next time will just stay aboard and enjoy the ship.
Did not like the way the people at the beach do.
My lord, I see them fighting to get to talk to you and sell you something. Yes. I needed the umbrella, but I did noy want the coconut drink. Had to buy it to be left alone. I saw once going in the beach that not conditions have been created to serve drinks there. I dod not want to buy because I did not feel like it is properly prepared to serve drinks. No refrigeration. I used to work in restaurants and know that the hot has to be kept hot and the cold has to be kept cold. Well critics drinks on the hot. I do not want that in my system. Sorry Nassau. But that needs improvement.
