Review summary

The staff was superior on the ship than the island. Good short weekend trip blemished by neglected property. Atlantis was an enjoyable trip on Nassau and left time for a bit of shopping.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
quick and smooth process.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
service was prompt, professional in the main dining hall. you won't see the activities on closing night unless you are on the 4th level. the Windjammer was average cafeteria food. the cafe on the promenade had excellent sandwiches and pastries.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
the hot tubs fill up fast. check your towels out the night prior to activities. plenty to do from climbing walls to mini-golf.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
comedy show, the quest and game shows were great.

Children's Programs

no children under 18. parents should follow the posted rules and advisement for areas and activities listed as adult only.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room steward was great...quick to assist from opening wine to opening room doors. waiter remembered our preferences from night to night and made sure our meal was to our liking.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
attention to detail was present on board the ship

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
clean, organized

Ship tip

avoid cococay until renovated. rotted benches, sub par food, dirty utensils....poor experience

Ports of call

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

1 out of 5
rotted wood benches, cook dropped a spatula and reused without cleaning it, difficult to exit island when storms arose....no safety precautions taken for passengers on the island

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
friendly. get your Atlantis waterpark pass from Atlantis directly and save big $, just take a cab approximately $4 a person plus tip.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
quick
