The dining staff went above and beyond on several occasions - from accommodating special requests to helping us celebrate a landmark birthday.

The cabin steward was the only, mildly, disappointing element of our cruise. I didn't see our steward once during the cruise, though he did service the cabin regularly. Bed was comfortable, but room was crowded once the sofa bed was deployed.
