Review summary

While the ship just finished refurbishment, it seems most ot that was to install on-deck slides, etc. The paint was still pealing on the shower entrance and some of the vinyl was split at the window corners in the dining room. While it wasn't horrible, these things added to the smoking policy reversion, makes it seem RCCL has resigned this once great ship to the junk heap (my 4th sailing on this ship).

My experiences are mainly with RCCL and Celebrity. This ship has reverted in its smoking policies to earlier years when smoking was encouraged. Not only does the casino have it's normal garbage pit smell, one entire side of the pool area is lined with smokers and ash trays. Even with the windows open to allow the wind to blow through, the stench could not be escaped and it made a mistaken walk down the side horrible.

We don't smoke, but surely they could find a secluded area for smokers

What did they do about the smoking? Grrrr, I wish the ships were all smoke free!
