Review summary

Wow! Such great service on this cruise. Being a Diamond member and cruised many times before, I have to stay the service was exceptional. Ship is nice and clean. Food was comparable to other ships.. not better or worse. I definitely enjoyed my dinners at the main dining room. The wait staff was excellent. Head waiter took care of my special dietary needs and was SUPER attentive and made sure I was well taken care of (Glutten free menu). Everyone around the ship greeted you, no matter where we where.. (walking hallways, elevators, etc.) Diamond lounge was nicely refurbished. Great place to hang out anytime of the day. Already planning to go back in March!!

Service was beyond expectations. From dining room to room attendant to casino bar service...all top notch. Crew around ship always smiled and greeted you. Definitely felt the love on this cruise.

Diamond lounge is great! Best place to watch sail away. Lattes anytime. I made my lattes there then went to breakfast with my coffee. Starbucks on board, but dl lattes are free ;) Free drinks a plus. Took my FULL wine to dinner nightly. You can ask for Diamond seating area in dining room for breakfast and lunch. Just walk up to hostess... no need to wait in line. Hope my diamond tricks help ;) Enjoy! Looking forward to Diamond +
