Review summary

Overall a great experience. Some staff could not answer questions and we were sent to multiple places before we got an answer. We a had a little trouble with payment connecting to our seapass card but it worked out. The staff in the dining room were amazing! Really wish wifi was free so I could've communicated with my family, and maybe gone off by myself for a little bit. Cococay was wonderful, probably my favorite of everything we did!

Swimming Pools

Pool's were kinda small and closed during our dinner time so we did not get to enjoy them. Only thing open after we had were hot tubs, and we wanted to cool down in a pool. It says that the pool closes at 11pm but only one small pool, where the children were basically was open til then.

It says the carnival hub is free. There’s a spot on that you can group chat for $5.00 it says.
