Review summary

Ship was dirty, food was poor, entertainment dismal, excursions crew knew nothing about anything and the excursions were really bad.

Same food over and over again. Very poor selection and badly prepared and presented

Almost nil. Bad weather impeded pool activities, so they had nothing. Overweight dancers!!!! Bad singers. Gave the same ice show on two different days - couldn't be bothered to change the choreography or costumes.

Service and Staff

Wait staff good. All other were barely doing the minimum possible or even less. Cruise director's staff was not visible. Shore excursion staff couldn't get the excursions off on time due to unbelievable lack of training.

Total waste of time. There is nothing historical to see in any of the planned excursions. Spending an hour looking at a small pond (grandiosely called a lake) was a needless stretching of the tour time to charge more.
