Good trip, but crowded

Sail Date: March 23, 2008

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was beautiful! our outside stateroom with balcony was worth the extra money

Pros: great stateroom, enthusiasm of staff

Cons: too many people - not enough chairs at pool

Recommends Mariner of the Seas? Yes!

Ocho Rios, Jamaica
zip line tour as great! I would not reccommend just "winging"it at this port -some neighborhoods are dangerous
George Town, Grand Cayman
shopping was a nightmare! Way too expensive - 3 cruise ships just dumped people out on the streets and canceled excursions due to high winds and choppy waters - crowded sidewalks and 5,000 people in a 2 block radius
Cozumel, Mexico
great water and friendly people
Don't Miss: passion island - not crowded -paradise! just like you would want paradise to be
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
just laying on the beach was enough - the water is clear, plenty of amenities, ,free chairs etc.
