Review summary

From the moment we boarded the ship we were greeted with warmth, and any assistance we needed. The food was excellent, and we cant say enough about the service. Our state room attendant, our wait staff were excellent along with everywhere we went on the ship. The cruise director was the best yet, she was energentic and made everyone feel like family. She kept the energy going at all the activities. We booked 2 excursions, which were both great! The Royal Promade Deck was full of life and a great place to meet people. The ship was beautiful andkept impecably clean. We had a balcony room which was very enjoyable. There were so many activities we just couldnt get them all in our day. We went to the ice show, and the regular shows which were all very entertaining. We would definately do this one again, and met many people who were repeats on this ship.

Pros: The service and helpful attitude of the crew made for a delightful experience.

Cons: We didnt like the new pool towel exchange policy, vs. having them readily available at the pools.
