Was extremely disappointed as this was advertised as a luxury cruise.  Have been on Princess and was treated much better. Our flight from LA to New York and then from New York to Lima was horrible. We got into Lima at 6:30 AM and were exhausted. This exhaustion carried out through the cruise as excursions were scheduled for early in the mornings which meant we had to get up early to dress and get breakfast.  Service was poor on board ship; most of the crew acted like they were bored.  Food at the buffet was poor; had a hard time finding something to eat.  We ate dinner and some breakfasts in the Grand Dining Room which was good.  The four specialty restaurants were good.  Used the spa one time and felt pressured to use their consultation services.  The evening entertainment in the Marina lounge we attended was good.

Staff acted like they were bored. The lady at the Destinations Desk was good and very helpful. Room steward acted like he was tired and didn't care; seldom greeted us.

Carpet was filthy! For a balcony/veranda the cabin was smaller than other ships we have been on. The configuration was okay. The balcony was small compared to other ships. The closet doors were very lose and rattled constantly when crossing waves; this was disturbing for night sleep.

Excursion was not what we expected. It was described as shopping and highlights of Cozumel. We toured a chocolate factory, tequila factory and no description of shopping or city highlights of Cozumel. There was a very good presentation in a museum of the culture. Fortunately we had been to Cozumel before.

The Kennedy Space Center tour requires more time! We saw the highlights but not enough time to look at the displays.
