Review summary

Good cruise much better than we thought. It's not Celebrity but it's ok and decent value for money. Food is ok Excursions cheap but poor New refurbished rooms are very nice Toilets require big refurb

Breakfast very good Lunch mixed Buffet atrocious MDR ok generally, lack of choice, extra charge for steak???? Speciality restaurants were excellent.

Ship is old and very tired, recent upgrades have helped but you can't make a silk purse from a cows ear.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin had just had complete overhaul and was excellent, very modern. Only issue is the air conditioning, the ship has serious problems

Ship tip

Enjoy the ship, given its age it operates well, great staff. Kora La and Surf and Turf are excellent Avoid the buffet at all costs.
