Review summary

Cruise, ship & staff the usual Thomson experience, but how the lack of visiting Venice was handled was terrible, the Guest Services Manager just hid behind "shore side deal with this" - have submitted a complaint, but this is the fault of the organisation not the people or the ship, except it's technical issue, which does happen, its how it's dealt with !

The food options are a Lille bit random to be honest, one day you can all great options and can’t choose, then other days struggle to identify something you fancy, not the same standard as before with TUI / the ship

The staff were good, the change of the way in which wine waiters have been removed from the restaurant and inclusion of more supervisors means the waiters have less time to interact with the guests and the dining experience more mechanical - not the staffs fault, the organisations fault !

Don't even go here !!!, did not visit this port due to Technical Issues with the ship, and how TUI handled this was poor, VERY poor, went to Koper in Slovenia instead, pretty but small
