Food in main dining fair at most, the Steakhouse 555 had the worst customer service and food ever on a Carnival ship, the Manager was plain nasty, was yelling at my husband because we requested not to be seated on the back wall saying this is the way it is and he is boss, my husband said ridiculous, then he threatens to call security for what? We were seated at another table, could not eat because of the treatment, when leaving my husband says Thank You for ruining our meal, again he goes off yelling and threatens security. We go to customer service to lodge a complaint the young man at the counter calls someone higher up to listen to our complaint, when he comes listens then refuses to reimburse for the dinner and also lets us know there's nothing he can do about the manager. Later that evening we found out that they are a married couple, so nothing ever goes higher because it's swept under the table, supposedly this happens quite often.

I'm just curious why you graded the ship as needing a refresh in decor. This ship is only 3 years old. Looks pretty updated to me, and I've watched numerous walk thru videos on YouTube.
