Review summary

This was a Christmas family reunion. 14 of us and on the whole everyone had fun and made memories. Our little family of 4 that tested positive for Covid wasnt treated as well as they should have been. They were moved to another cabin and had to wait til 9 pm for dinner with a 4 and 2 year old very hungry. They were not helped with their luggage and charged $200 to be shuttled to hotel. Crazy! Their bubble tour for unvaxed kids was a waste of money. $300 for a rocky beach and a terrible lunch. But before Covid hit ---everyone had fun on the ship. t'

Line was super long and then the wait for unvaxed children took forever to be tested.

Ship experiences

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
6 & 9 year olds were only ones who could try out the kids club. They didn't really like it. not open to 2 and year old.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
room steward, waiters were very good ---helpful---waiter danced with our little ones.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship layout is confusing. I would need another week to really have it figured out. The ship was pretty clean

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
the cabin was smaller than I thought it would be. Other ships have feather pillows to use but we were told Carnival does not supply any. Plenty of hangers. Bathroom is small. Cabin was kept clean

Ship tip

Do not bring any bottled water onto ship. They will take it away and discard it.

How did you end up going to Maegan’s Beach on your own if you’re not all vaccinated?

Sorry you tested positive and hope everyone is doing better. The rules regarding bottled water has been in place for several years. It is good of you to remind others.
