I give 5 stars to the room stewards. If I could give more I would. Agus was our room steward. He was always there to greet us with a smile. He made sure our room was cleaned on time. He even asked us what time would we like to have our room cleaned. And he made sure to meet our schedule. We also had an encounter with another room steward named Angelo. Any questions e had, Angelo was able to assist us in the right directions. It’s a large ship and one can get going in the wrong direction. Best of all was my friend Francisco, the casino host. He made my game playing evenings worth my losses. He even gifted us with a steak dinner. Awesome young man. Santana, one of the bar guys was always available, definitely can’t leave him out (😂)!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smoothly. This was the first disembarkation that I experienced with little or no traffic jam with people. Even the waiting area on the 8th deck was only the 4 of us. Usually you have guest standing around with o place to sit with lots of luggage. This was not the case.

we enjoyed the Mardi Gras as well, definitely got to cruise it again and catch everything we missed the first time around!
