Review summary

Will not be traveling with royal carribean again or recommend it. They found every way to screw you over with that 50% refund crap.

There is a difference between disappointed and screwed over. If RCCL gave you 50% back, you weren’t screwed over. And 50% refund is far more than other cruise lines.

I don’t get it, how’d they screw you over? Need details.

What is this one of the itineraries that was originally Scheduled for Cuba, but was changed due to their ban on travel there? If so, I believe you had an option to cancel or take the cruise and get a refund. Those take a while to process. I would not blame the cruise line for the cancellations to Cuba.
