We totally enjoyed - we first were going to cancel bc the trip to Cuba was cancelled - not your fault. So glad you made us a offer we couldn’t refuse! Enjoyed the food & entertainment.

The best! We went to every entertainment - all the stage shows - magician, comic - both shows & the chorus line performers & the lady singer - all were excellent & entertaining - love it

Our waiters - Junhao & Milo were excellent. Anything we wanted they graciously ran & got. We were with another couple & EBERY night at dinner the lady ordered or requested something off the menu & every time they got it for her. They went beyond & above!!! And our room steward, Anwar, was so sweet & surprised us with towel art & was always courteous & smiling! He also got us a ice bucket for our wine & everyday put fresh ice in the bucket. The front desk was very helpful - first hour on the ship I got grease on my white sweater - think from deck 7 - when we were leaving. They fixed the problem with a free cleaning & my sweater came back perfect - so thank you to the laundry services too!

Always clean with fresh towels - more than once a day - excellent. The cabin was a little smaller than we thought it would be - would have liked to upgrade but nothing was available.
Ship tip
Enjoy the ride & good & service & entertainment. We also enjoy the special salute to the Veterans.
The couple we were with didn’t want to go & they were there years ago. I insisted I wanted to go & ALL of us were impressed - do beautifully landscaped, lots to do, & food was excellent. Appreciate the shuttles to & from the ship. The only comment - we waited to go back - no organization of waiting in line - people were going in front of people who had been waiting. You need a crew there to keep the line moving & next in line.
Loved Key West- we took the 1-1/2 trolley tour - got to see a lot. But I would have liked more than one day. By the time we ate at Slippy Joes - it was time to head
back
The line wrapping around the ship for customs was crazy but it did keep moving & I’m sure it saved time I the end. I noticed some people who can’t walk well or stand that long struggle in line.
