Review summary

I absolutely loved it the ship is wonderful and I plan to go on her again but I say again if your a mega ship fan this is not for you you will see the same faces every day and if you choose you can definitely make new friends

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very very smooth and well organized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The main dining room was a pleasure and my waiter Imade was very attentive making sure I had everything I wanted the food was very well prepared The buffet was well layed out and the food was quite good the deli had a poor selection and seemed to never be open Sorrentos was very good but had no organization as on other RC ships no lines so people just walked right up reach over you only napkins anywhere to be found when I asked for some crew just pointed and said over there when I went over there none to be found so I just gave up only bad experience

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
This is a small ship with few activities pool is very small and crowded I don't climb rocks nor use fitness centers

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I did not see the shows but other passengers said they were very good

Children's Programs

I was traveling alone

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The ships personnel were great always wanting to help and making sure I had my every need

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
For a ship as small and as old she is in remarkable shape so clean and well taken care of for me the ship is layed out just right for a relaxing cruise during spring break times and booze cruise times I could see it being problematic

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
At first I thought it was going to be claustrophobic because these are the smallest I have ever experienced but in fact it was just right very clean and comfortable the bed was perfect and all the features in it were perfectly placed

Ship tip

This ship is definitely not for the mega ship enthusiasts it is a wonderful getaway ship with plenty of areas you can find to get peace if you could say one thing it probably would be a whole different story during spring break or when the kiddies are out of school I love this ship we had our share of loud obnoxious weekend warrior types but it was only a few I can only imagine a ship full of college kids

Disembarkation

Well it wasn't royals fault we were on a four night cruise and hurricane Irma was chasing us so we had to come in early everybody was in panic mode the line to self carry was like nothing I have ever seen it went from the gang way all the way thru the back wall of the dining room past the customer service desk past the elevators up the stairs for 3 decks everybody wanted to be first off they were impatient cranky a normally easy off was VERY difficult complicated by it was 3 in the afternoon and two of the elevators were shut off for the crew to take bags off the floors for the very few who opted for crew assisted baggage removal it took till almost 5 pm to get off only to be complicated by the customs people and there rules
