Review summary

We were not very happy with our cruise on this cruise line.  We had older family members booked who stayed in a room together.  Three of them to this room and two twin beds and two upper beds.  None of them could climb the stairs up to this bed so we had to have one of them go across the hall to another room at night and sleep putting out one of my grandkids to go sleep in another room.  We asked that the rooms be together and we had 4 rooms and they were in three different hallways.  The shows were not as good as some of the other cruise lines.  On a whole we just were not pleased with this cruise.

Its one of their oldest and smallest ships. Try a more modern ship. Freedom class is our favorite.

I agree Snowbird. Essentially the fault of the booking agent if they had all of the information. If not then it's the complainers fault.

You should have looked at the type of room you reserved. They have rooms with a convertible sofa instead of upper bunks. Maybe your TA messed up. As for rooms together, I know others that have had it, so it isn't impossible. Must have been miscommunication.

Should have a ask for a handicap room they are easy for your needs
