Review summary

Favorite part was dinner/food/service - excellent. Improvement needed for pool accommodations - 1 pool for too many people. Lounge chairs hard to get into because of being tied down - which we understand but made it hard to use. Yes we would definitely recommend going on a cruise to friends/family. Would recommend Majesty of the Seas.

Rommel and Deccy were EXCELLENT! Gusta was the BEST ever. They took such good care of us. Could not have asked for better crew staff for our first cruise. KUDOS!!!!!

Gusta was great! Each time we returned to our room it was clean, had fresh towels and the towel animals were the best. He is excellent. Was very informative and made our first cruise memorable. Just loved him!

Ship tip

If you are going to go on the island you need to be ready to go first thing or the line is too long (we did not go because of this). Look into the picture packages - photographers are wonderful and pictures are great. Do not be afraid to ask crew members for help - they are all extremely friendly!

I agree. I went on this ship in July and find it wonderful for an old ship. The food and service was amazing. My only complaint was the pool area. Much too small and cramped for so many people. There lounges and chairs were crammed together and stacked everywhere making it even hard to walk through. and with 1/2 of it being smoking it really limited it more.
