Review summary

My family and i have cruise several times on the 3 of the major cruise lines. We cruised on royal several times. This cruise was different we had 3 jr suites. The ship is older but in fairly good shape. The staff on the other hand not good .....   They were not organized from the get go, we met our room attendant asked for 1 suite to have the beds seperated, didnt happen. We did it ourselves. Asked for ice in our suite didnt happen till we complained 3 x .  Dinner in dining room service was slow at best.  The one night we finished desert as our 2 nd seating stood over us at 830 pm. They changed our port from nassua to freeport....really?  Cargo ship heaven!  This one fried me personally the food at pool bars...no more hamburg and hot dogs u have to get at johnny rockets 6.95 $ cover charge.  Oh yes they open at 230 pm. No lunch. I have never given a bad review for any cruise before now.
